1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all customers, learners, and partners when using the consulting, training, and coaching services provided by John&Partners Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "John&Partners").

2. Obligations of Customers/Learners

. Provide accurate and complete information when registering for the services.

. Comply with the schedule, regulations, and instructions during participation in the program.

. Respect copyrights, and do not unauthorizedly share materials, content, videos, or data owned by John&Partners.

. Do not use the services for illegal purposes, unethical activities, or actions that affect the rights of others.

3. Rights of John&Partners

. Refuse to provide or cancel access to the services if the customer/learner violates this policy.

. Adjust content, duration, and training methods to suit actual circumstances and enterprise needs, while still ensuring service quality.

. Use images, feedback, names, and/or videos of learners during participation in the program for communication and promotion purposes (within the legal scope).

4. Limitation of Liability

John&Partners commits to exert maximum effort to deliver value to customers. However, the results of the services depend on multiple factors, including execution capability, level of commitment, circumstances, and business environment of each enterprise/individual.

John&Partners is not responsible for any damages arising outside the scope of written agreements.

5. Service Cancellation

Customers may request service cancellation (with valid reason) in writing/email according to the terms of the contract.

All fees paid will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Policy Changes

John&Partners reserves the right to modify or update this Service Usage Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
