Refund & Return Policy

1. General Principles

When clients register and make payment for consulting, training, or coaching services provided by John&Partners Consulting and Education JSC (hereinafter “John&Partners”), the transaction is considered successfully confirmed. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement between John&Partners and the client.

2. Rescheduling / Participant Information Changes

. For training or coaching services, clients may request to reschedule (if there is a valid reason) and must notify John&Partners in writing or via email at least 10 working days before the scheduled program date.

. Participant substitution is allowed, provided the client informs John&Partners at least 7 working days in advance.

. Any other changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis by John&Partners.

3. Force Majeure

In cases where a program cannot be conducted as planned due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, legal regulations, or other objective events), John&Partners reserves the right to:

. Adjust the schedule, or

. Change the format of the program (e.g., from offline to online), or

. Provide an equivalent alternative program.

. In all cases, payments will not be refunded, but John&Partners will ensure the client receives maximum learning/service benefits.

4. Client Acknowledgment

By registering and making payment for the service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed with this Refund / Rescheduling Policy.

This Refund / Rescheduling Policy is owned by John&Partners Consulting and Education JSC and has been effective since September 14, 2010.
