All content, materials, curricula, slides, videos, lectures, images, designs, tools, models, methods, and all other intellectual property provided on the website or in training, consulting, coaching programs are the property of John&Partners Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "John&Partners") or are legally licensed for use.

2. Limited Use Rights

. Customers and learners are only permitted to use the content and materials provided by John&Partners for personal study and/or internal application within the enterprise where they are employed as a full-time, legally contracted employee.

. It is strictly prohibited to use the content or materials for teaching, training, consulting, coaching, or sharing with any third party in any form.

. Any use of content for commercial purposes or outside the internal scope of the enterprise is considered a violation of intellectual property rights, even if the learner/individual is a collaborator, full-time, or part-time employee of any other organization.

. Any legal copies (if applicable) must retain John&Partners’ copyright notice and must not be modified, cut, or distorted.

3. Brand Protection

. The trade name, logo, slogan, and service marks of John&Partners are protected by law.

. No individual or organization is allowed to use, copy, or register similar marks that may cause confusion in any form.

4. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of intellectual property rights will be handled according to legal regulations, including but not limited to: cease and desist, compensation for damages, and/or litigation in a competent court.

5. User Acknowledgment

By accessing the website or participating in training, consulting, coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Intellectual Property Terms.
